Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

– The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

– The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

– Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

Please note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products unless they are faulty or damaged.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support at hello@renoskincare.com.au with the following details:

– Your full name

– Order number

– Reason for return or exchange

– Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

Refunds

– Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

– Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

– Shipping costs for non-faulty returns are the responsibility of the customer.

– We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

– Products that have been opened or used

– Items not in original condition

– Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
